Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a good quality of life for a wide variety of individuals.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and coordinating with care plans. Valid car insurance and reliable transportation are required; prior PCA experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable individuals needed to provide companionship and basic care.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and two forms of ID.
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and interaction with clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, mouth/hair care).
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry; assist with errands and appointments.

As a caregiver, that will work one on one to ensure a good quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and Interaction with clients
• Personal care – bathing, hair care, Mouth Care, Nail and feet care, Dressing, Shaving, Toileting
• Meal preparation – understanding there needs Breakfast/Lunch and dinner + Feeding or assist them to eat – Encouragement
• Light housekeeping and Laundry and garbage removal at the end of your shift
• Exercise – Range of Motion
• Stand-by assist, Transfer, Positioning
• Medication Reminder
• Errands and accompanying client to doctors appointment as needed Other duties would be listed on care plans.

Requirements

• Must be 18yr of age or older
• Ged or High school diploma
• Reliability and punctuality
• Drive or have reliable transportation – Valid Car Insurance
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant Preferred but not required Have 2 forms of ID – Residents Status or us passport – Direct Deposit form –
