Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients at home with daily living tasks, companionship, and personalized care to enhance quality of life in Denver, Colorado. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and medication management as prescribed.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
