Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care, focusing on each client's individual needs, preferences and overall well-being in their own homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and engage clients through social interaction and activities. We offer flexible scheduling, including part-time and full-time roles, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
