Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Macomb-Grosse Pointe is seeking a morning/day-shift certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the New Baltimore, MI area.

As a CNA, you will support non-medical needs, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a warm, engaging, and safe environment for those we serve. Flexible schedules and reliable, punctual care are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA with valid license.
• Provide non-medical companionship and daily living support.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
