Independent Home Health is hiring dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Milton, PA and surrounding communities.

You’ll build relationships with those you support and help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience is required; if you’re reliable and patient, we want to talk with you.

Formación

• No professional caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.

You’ll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you’re supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you’re supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to complete required background checks
• Be dependable, caring and patient

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
