Job summary

Seacrest Village in Encinitas, CA is seeking a full-time PM shift caregiver for memory care. You will provide compassionate support to residents, helping with daily activities and routines in a safe, respectful environment.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, mobility, and memory-supportive activities, while managing behaviors and supporting medication, meals and transportation as part of a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure.
• Food Handler’s certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies.
• Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities.
• Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support medication administration and meal preparation as needed.
