Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support and enrich residents' lives in Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, follow ISP plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, are 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain), and possess strong communication, reliability, and compassion. Paid training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong compassion and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents in conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
