Integral Senior Living seeks a Care Giver to join our California communities. You will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and help maintain a safe home-like environment for residents. Daily tasks include assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED, are at least 18, and prefer CNA certification with prior senior-care experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed.
