Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents in conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide memory care enrichment for residents with memory loss when applicable.
