Prestige Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care in Tyler, Texas is seeking a full-time Caregiver to help residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort throughout the day.

You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and support with daily routines, meals, mobility, and observing residents' changes, in a loving environment where every team member believes in treating seniors with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• Arrive on time and prepared for every shift.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction.
• Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers.
• Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved.

Position Type: Full-Time

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

Shift: 2p - 10p and 3pm - 11pm

Schedule: 4 Days On | 2 Days Off Rotation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life by providing compassionate, hands‑on assistance, companionship, and encouragement throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction
• Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed

• Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers
