Iris Memory Care of Rowlett is hiring compassionate caregivers to support residents with memory loss in a 48-bed memory care community located off George Bush Turnpike on Miller Road in Rowlett, TX.

No certification is required; prior experience is preferred. You’ll provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and work closely with nursing and Life Enrichment teams to ensure safety, dignity, and engagement for residents.

Qualifications

• No certification required; prior experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable, punctual, and patient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support residents during meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
