Job summary

Morada Senior Living in Lawton, OK is hiring Care/Medication Technicians to provide hands-on care and medication support in a resident-centered environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, document changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, home-like setting.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification (or higher) and CPR/First Aid. We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Assist with continence management and meal service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities; greet internal/external customers and vendors.
