Job summary

Leisure Living - Grand Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Grandville, MI, is seeking compassionate staff to provide comfort, safety, and supervision to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, administer medications, and tailor care to individual needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans.
• Respond to resident call lights, door and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order and restock medications; ensure adequate supply.
• Complete daily charting and reporting; obtain resident weights and vitals.
• Assist with meal setup and cleanup; participate in activities as planned by Life Enrichment.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.
