Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Communities’ Neighborhoods of White Lake in Michigan is seeking compassionate Care Assistants and Med Techs to join a warm, family-style team. You will provide personalized resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support medication management to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in a nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor; we love to have fun while we work.
• Passion for helping others and a big heart.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and happiness.
