Lutheran SeniorLife in Zelienople, PA, seeks a Caregiver Med Tech for a full-time shift from 6:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. The role starts at $18.00 per hour with an $8,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

Passavant Community provides a compassionate, person-centered environment within a Continuing Care Retirement Community. You will assist residents with routine activities, uphold privacy, and follow individualized care plans to improve daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or completion after hire.
• Successful completion of state medication administration course.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with routine direct and indirect activities per procedures.
• Maintain resident rights, privacy and confidentiality; support care plans.
• Promote resident acceptance of care plans and respond to needs promptly.
