Lutheran SeniorLife in Zelienople, PA, seeks a Caregiver Med Tech for a full-time shift from 6:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. The role starts at $18.00 per hour with an $8,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

Passavant Community provides a compassionate, person-centered environment within a Continuing Care Retirement Community. You will assist residents with routine activities, uphold privacy, and follow individualized care plans to improve daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or completion after hire.
• Successful completion of state medication administration course.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with routine direct and indirect activities per procedures.
• Maintain resident rights, privacy and confidentiality; support care plans.
• Promote resident acceptance of care plans and respond to needs promptly.

Caregiver Med Tech enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. Caregiver MedTech qualifications include:
