Job summary

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, reliable attendance and the ability to adapt to each participant’s needs. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with six months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
