Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes in the McClure area. You’ll help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with flexible scheduling and local team support.

No professional caregiving experience is required, but reliability, patience and a caring attitude are essential. A valid driver's license and transportation are preferred; background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to complete required background checks.
• Be dependable, caring and patient.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but not required.
• Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
