Job summary

Care Advantage Inc is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead our recruitment engine in Virginia. This on-site role drives growth, screens and hires caregivers, and implements retention strategies while ensuring compliance and a positive onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a high school diploma or GED is required, with healthcare or customer service experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team thriving - launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
• Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
• Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
