Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston is seeking a caring, experienced caregiver to join our team. The right candidate will provide personal care and support to clients in a one-on-one setting, bringing a friendly and can-do attitude.

The role offers long and short shifts with weekend availability; compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on shift length. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve and learn new skills.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (min 1 year preferred).

Job description

We are looking for a very caring, compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. Must have prior caregiver experience and comfortable with personal care.

Schedule

Short/Long Day Shifts - Weekend availability is a plus

$20.00 per hour - Long shifts

$23.00 per hour - Short Shifts
