Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking an Italian-speaking caregiver to provide companionship and personal care to clients in assigned homes in New Jersey. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Italian and English.
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and office staff.
