hce-careers is hiring caregivers to support clients across Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. We offer full-time, part-time, or flexible schedules built around real people, not the other way around.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal planning, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. We provide 24/7 staff support, growth opportunities, and benefits to our team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• California Home Care Aide registration (HCA number) or willingness to get registered.
• Current TB clearance.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
• Current TB clearance

Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home - help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.

This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours. Guaranteed to build the schedule that works with you.
