Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in California is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes across Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. We offer full-time, part-time, or flexible schedules built around real people, not the other way around.

You’ll help seniors live safely and comfortably at home, assisting with daily living activities, meal planning, light housekeeping, and warm companionship. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or relevant exposure is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.
• High school diploma or GED may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, meal planning, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance, accompany to appointments and shopping.
• Offer companionship and monitor medication reminders as needed.

Job Description

Job Requirements

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
• Current TB clearance

Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.

This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours. Guaranteed to build the schedule that works with you.
