Homewatch CareGivers is hiring caregivers in Southern California. We offer flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, or whatever fits your life—built around real people, not the other way around.

Competitive pay starts at $18.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, with travel and training time covered. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow within a family-owned agency serving Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• California Home Care Aide registration (HCA number) or willingness to get registered.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs and collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Ambulation and transferring assistance; driving to appointments and shopping.
• Bathing and dressing assistance.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
• Current TB clearance

Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.

This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours. Guaranteed to build the schedule that works with you.
