Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (Caregiver) to provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients at home in Orange County. You will help with daily activities while promoting independence and safety in a supportive environment.

The role includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, mobility, and companionship. Must have HCA registration, TB test, and a state-approved physical, plus complete onboarding within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Provides compassionate, non-medical care to clients.
• Must have Active Home Care Aide Registration.
• Must have current TB test/clearance and current work physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support personal hygiene and oral care.
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
• Aide mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with positioning and exercise as needed.
• Provide toileting and incontinence support.
• Give medication reminders for self-administered meds.
• Light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Run errands and assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Eligible to earn up to $19 - $23/ per hour

Job Summary

As a Personal Care Attendant (Caregiver), you will provide compassionate, non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Caregivers support individuals who, due to age, illness, physical limitations, or cognitive challenges, require assistance with daily activities.

Your care helps clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes while maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include assistance with:

• Positioning and exercise assistance
