Job summary

Americas Home & Health Care Corp is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our growing team in Orange County, CA. This role provides in-home personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients who live at home.

We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication while ensuring adherence to care plans and safety. A background check and references are required; driver’s license and transportation are preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Orange County, CA area
