Job summary

Home Instead in Topeka, KS is hiring full-time and part-time caregivers to support aging adults in their own homes across Shawnee County.

We offer flexible schedules, including after-school, day, overnight, weekends, and on-call shifts, with opportunities for growth and income enhancement.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year caregiving preferred, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Training is provided as needed.

Salary

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour. Depends on your schedule flexibility and experience. There is also a bonus opportunity of $2.50 per hour for working specialized shifts or working outside of your home county.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Work Location: Caregiving duties are performed at the client’s home.
• Some in-office training as needed.
• 3 years of driving history required.
• Reliable and insured transportation.
• Motor vehicle, criminal background checks, and drug screening, including marijuana required.
