Homewatch CareGivers of Long Beach & Torrance is hiring for In-Home CareGivers to provide quality in-home care and build meaningful relationships with clients. Our clients may need daily living assistance and help staying connected through social activities, appointments, and errands.

Qualifications

• HCA Registry (Home Care Aide) required.
• Employment verification and professional reference screening.
• Experience as a caregiver in home care, community living, or skilled nursing.
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
• Able to meet quality standards during shifts and follow procedures.
• Available 10–40 hours per week with some weekend work.
• Reliable transportation to multiple clients throughout the week.
• Able to bend, lift 20–30 pounds and use job tools as needed.
• Open to applicants from Caregivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Foster deeply connected relationships within the home care environment.
• Use the CareGiver mobile app to track work schedule and care plans, and communicate with the office.

We are hiring for In-Home CareGivers, ready to provide quality in-home care and develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living but also need assistance staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. Your role as a certified caregiver helps them to live life to their fullest. We are open to applicants from the following industries: CareGivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality, etc.

Caregiver Benefits:

Caregiver Duties:

• Foster an in-depth connected relationships within the home care environment.
• Use our CareGiver mobile app to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office, and much more.
• Full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA): we can assist you with this process if needed.
• Complete Employment Verification and Professional Reference screening with satisfactory results.
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
• Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team.
• Available and Able to work between 10-40 hours per week with some weekend work availability.
• Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the week including weekends.
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day.
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds and use tools necessary for job.
