Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers Long Beach Torrance is hiring in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, client-centered care. You will support activities of daily living, maintain the client’s home environment, and keep them engaged with the community. A strong caregiver–client relationship is essential.

Join a team with a flexible schedule, 24/7 support staff, and a mobile app to manage schedules, care plans, and family communication. Training, advancement opportunities, and paid time off are available.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA) – we can assist you with this process if needed.
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
• Must meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures with the care team.
• Available 10–40 hours per week with some weekend work.
• Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the week including weekends.
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand ~5 hours per day.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds and use tools necessary for job.

We are hiring for In-Home CareGivers, ready to provide quality in-home care and develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living but also need assistance staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. Your role as a certified caregiver helps them to live life to their fullest. We are open to applicants from the following industries: CareGivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality, etc.

Caregiver Benefits:

Caregiver Duties:

• Complete Employment Verification and Professional Reference screening with satisfactory results.
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
• Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team.
• Available and Able to work between 10-40 hours per week with some weekend work availability.
• Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the week including weekends.
