Job summary

Visiting Angels of Lancaster is seeking caring, reliable individuals to provide in-home companionship and assistance to seniors. You will support daily living, remind about medications, run errands, and help with personal care in clients' homes.

This role offers flexible evening shifts, weekend options, and a supportive team, plus travel to local assignments. CNA preferred but not required; must pass background check and have a valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential assistance and companionship to seniors at home.
• Issue medication reminders when needed.

• Personal care and hygiene assistance; bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Help with groceries, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance; help with walking and transfers.

Job Requirements

• 1 yearof professional caregiving experience preferred
• CNA license preferred, but not required
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance
• Candidate must be dependable and display a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors
