Job summary

Senior Helpers Lake Minnetonka Region seeks caring, compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay safe and independent in their homes. You will build relationships through conversations and assist with daily activities tailored to each client’s needs.

The role offers a flexible schedule, training opportunities, and supportive leadership from experienced care providers, with earnings ranging from $18–$22+ per hour and earned wage access for early pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• You are passionate about helping others.
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone's life.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in your clients' hobbies (gardening, games, outings, etc.).
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report activities completed with clients and provide updates on their condition and behavior.

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
