Job summary

Senior Helpers Mooresville is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support for seniors in Harmony, NC. You’ll assist with daily activities, companionship, and independence, while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Flexible schedules, ongoing training, and team support help you grow professionally and balance life outside work. As a caregiver, you’ll report on client well-being, participate in hobbies, and help with meals and mobility.

• Provide one-on-one personal care to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
• Engage clients with conversations and activities to build relationships.
• Assist with walking, dressing, and activities of daily living.

Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients toenjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's Licenseand auto insurance
• You are passionate about helping others
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life
