BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients across Cleveland and surrounding communities. This role focuses on personal care, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence in their own homes.

You will work closely with clients to ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality care on every shift. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and support from our office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support based on each client’s unique needs. Duties may include personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Schedule & availability:

We offer day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with assignments typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Opportunities are available throughout Cleveland and nearby communities, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and current CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also possess a valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, a recent TB test or chest X-ray, and the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
