Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care across the Los Angeles area. You will build relationships with clients, assist with daily activities, and support personal care needs, including grooming and mobility.

Weekly pay, benefits available, and an emphasis on consistent hours with ongoing client relationships. Prior caregiving experience or relevant certifications are required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
