Job summary

Honor in San Diego is actively seeking a caregiver to connect with clients through companionship and compassionate care. You’ll use our industry-leading technology and scheduling tools to manage visits and communicate with the office team.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits for eligible employees, paid training, sick leave, holiday pay, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth. A minimum 6 months caregiving experience is required, with two consistent weekly shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
