Job summary

Home Instead in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our supportive team. You’ll provide companionship, personal care, and daily assistance to seniors with a dedicated office staff behind you.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility-based benefits. If you have 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or are a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN) and can commit to at least two weekly visits with the same client, you’re encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged).
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
