Job summary

Home Instead in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a caregiver to provide companionship and care for seniors. You will drive to clients’ homes, needing a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend bonus, with potential to earn up to $18.00/hour after eight weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits**
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks***
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

*must be in good standing and worked a minimum of 16 visits in first 45 days

**Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

***To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
