Vetted Solutions is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide companionship and personal care to seniors in the community. You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care while supporting clients’ independence.

Flexible weekday, weekend, and evening shifts are available, with drive-to-client visits and a path for wage increases after the initial period; applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and references.

Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Build meaningful relationships while supporting clients' independence and dignity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, basic English skills, minimum of three professional references, willingness to work multiple shifts with the same client, and completion of required compliance steps. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Key Duties:

Drive to client homes, provide care tailored to individual needs, and maintain consistent schedules. Support clients in maintaining their independence with flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Benefits & Compensation:

$15.00-$16.00/hr, with weekend shift premiums and potential increases up to $18.00/hr after initial period. Offers weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k) match, paid holidays, sick leave, referral bonuses, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.
