Job summary

Honor is hiring experienced caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Monterey and nearby Carmel areas. The role offers clear pay, guaranteed shifts, and weekly pay with direct deposit.

As a caregiver you’ll provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care, with support from a 24/7 team and a mobile app for scheduling and earnings tracking. Must have reliable transportation and be able to commit to two weekly shifts with the same client.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
