Job summary

Home Instead is seeking experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

You’ll provide companionship, help with bathing and daily routines, meals, light housekeeping, and safety support. Full-time or part-time options, with regular client visits and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
