Job summary

Honor is seeking a caregiver to support seniors at home in San Francisco and nearby areas. You will provide companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, backed by a technology-enabled team and real-time updates via our mobile app.

This role offers $20.75–$22.00 per hour with weekly pay, a referral program, paid training, holidays at 1.5x, benefits, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing learning opportunities; two shifts weekly and basic English are

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care and build relationships.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
