Qualifications

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assists with meals, mobility, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Supports patient with errands and medical appointments.
• Maintains a clean, safe home environment.
• Preferred experience with mobility aids and companionship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and dressing support.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary needs.
• Accompany patient to appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene

• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
