Caregivers needed - $525.00 sign-on bonus (available after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance)

• We are looking for new caregivers to join our home care team in the Harleysville, Lansdowne, and Pottstown areas.

Caregivers Responsibilities (snapshot):
As a Caregiver, you will assist clients in daily activities as indicated by their care plan, helping maintain their independence. Training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training are also available for professional development.

• Demonstrate understanding of and encourage independent living.
• Complete a competency examination after attending training and orientation; annual re-certification required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living per the client’s Plan of Care.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Effective communication with Client Care Manager
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation
• Satisfactory completion of written exam and orientation with at least 80% score
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
