Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

We are currently hiring Caregivers - $525.00 sign-on bonus (eligible after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance).

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting independence.
• Complete training in Activities of Daily Living (ADL), PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as outlined in the client’s Plan of Care.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass a written exam with at least 80% score
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
