We are hiring for a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team!

Our clients live in the Mainline and Delaware County regions.

Pay Rate: $16/hour with opportunities for raises based on performance!

Non-Certified Caregivers welcome for senior or elderly companion jobs.

Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or 2 step PPD.
• Must pass a national criminal background check, State of PA and Childline Background.
• First aid & CPR certification by hire date.
• Personal care experience in a work setting.

CAREGIVER / HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

• Provide personal care as specified by the written care plan and all activities of daily living (ADL’s).
• Provide companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Prepare and serve meals as requested.
• Accompany client on walks, doctor’s visits, and other errands.
• Complete Daily Activity Report to accurately record the care provided in the home.
