Job summary

Right at Home is hiring part-time Caregivers and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Minnesota. You will provide essential personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance in clients' homes with PPE provided. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for training support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• 18+ years of age
• Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Housekeeping tasks: vacuum, dust, sweep/mop floors, dishes, laundry, bathroom care.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Escort clients on errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, dressing, shaving and grooming assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care support.
• Provide companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.

Skills

Lift 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license

English proficiency

Background check

18+ years old

HHA/PCA certification preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED
