Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized in-home care to clients in Georgia. You will assist with daily activities, maintain client dignity and independence, and support families in a home setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and trust, with flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth. Qualifications include being 18+, having a valid driver’s license, and passing background checks, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
