Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks compassionate in HomeCare aides to support clients in Clayton, GA. You will help with daily activities while promoting safety, comfort and independence at home.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, personal care, transportation assistance, and other tasks as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; background check and CPR may be needed. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum caregiving experience (professional or familial)
• Background check required before start date
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start date

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
