External Job Description

What you will do:

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities such as, but not limited to:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you will need:

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Vision requirements: close, distance, and peripheral
• Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
• Work environment may vary in noise levels and temperature
