Amanda Senior Care Hoboken is seeking passionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team and provide top-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. If you're experienced in delivering high-quality care and want to feel appreciated, supported, and well-compensated, this job is for you!

Shift Needs:

1. 1st and 2nd Shift, Part-Time and Full-Time Hours (Full-Time Hours are Not Guaranteed - hours depend on the availability and flexibility of the caregiver and client needs)

Service Areas Include:

Cliffside Park, Ridgefield, Ridgefield Park, Palisades Park, Edgewater, Rutherford, East Rutherford, Lyndhurst, Carlstadt, Secaucus, Hoboken, Weehawken, Jersey City, Bayonne, and Kearny. Work close to home!

Caregiver Requirements:

1. Be a Certified Home Health Aide in New Jersey
2. Be conversational in English
3. Proof of physical, TB screening, and MMR
4. Have professional or hands-on personal caregiving experience
5. Two forms of identification
6. Valid driver’s license (preferred)
7. Reliable transportation
8. At least 18 years old
9. Willing to submit to a background check

Caregiver Responsibilities:

1. Provide clients with companionship, emotional support, and supervision
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
3. Help with personal hygiene and grooming
4. Assist with mobility/transfers
5. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
6. Provide medication reminders
7. Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure the best care for clients
